While the majority of their clients come from referral business, they recognised the importance of having a strong, timeless brand identity and website that accurately represented their business. Pilot Partners were challenged by their outdated branding and sought a partner that could elevate their visual identity with a modernised look to maintain credibility and trust in their ever-competitive landscape

Before starting the brand refresh and website design journey, Orange Digital ran an in-depth discovery session with 12 of their key stakeholders to understand their vision for the brand and craft solutions accordingly.

The chosen concept was a modern evolution of the brand, playing on the ‘PP’ in Pilot Partners as a distinctive mark used as a variation of the full logo, as well as clever brand elements in their graphic design materials.

The result was a comprehensive brand guidelines document that empowered their internal teams to create design assets internally.  In addition we designed and developed  a clean, professional, and modernised website that allows users to easily browse through valuable information and ultimately, enquire for Pilot Partners’ services.
