Formed in 1972 by a group of Queensland teachers wanting better health insurance for their members, TUH has been quietly going about the business of providing outstanding service to the education community and their families ever since.
TUH is a 50 year old, 100% member-owned health fund. They were founded by Queensland teachers wanting to give the education community access to first rate health care
Whilst the health insurance market is extremely regulated and complex, TUH were also challenged by technical dependencies and a poor user experience for its members. They had a number of key issues that needed to be addressed, the technical debt that had been acquired over the years, a requirement to create a more efficient workflow for customer support teams and the need to provide both desktop and mobile app access to their platform.
From Website to Member App to Portal. Our UX/UI Design and software development team delivered in each of the requirements for TUH over a long-term project.
The project required a major CX project in order to ensure there was a deep understanding of the requirements of TUH members.
From the research, Orange Digital designed a new website, mobile App and Marketing Portal for TUH and throughout the process we facilitated a number of user testing sessions with TUH members to collect and refine the web and app experience. This has helped TUH to optimise their IT operation and increase their member satisfaction.
To support and roll out these game-changing digital experiences, our marketing team has also supported TUH to define, design and manage engaging digital campaigns and video production across Meta and Google. The feedback received from members and non-members has been outstanding.
